We had our first meeting last Thursday at our same great location at the New Summerfield Ag Classroom. There were 22 people in attendance and 12 members submitted enrollment forms. It was a great meeting with several members (new and old) demonstrating their talents in the "Share the Fun-Talent Show". There was singing and guitar pick'in, dancing, artists showed off their drawings, and all were very impressive. Members signed up for officers positions and parents for leadership rolls in the club. Next meeting was set for, Thursday, November 13,2008 at 6:30 pm at the same locations. Next meeting, entry forms are due for the Cherokee County Livestock Show. Forms are available on-line at this site or at the meeting. Pictures and the interview portion of our Queen contestant will take place this Saturday, at Lon Morris. Tickets for the Queen's drawing are available from manager or extension office. For questions contact Rene' at 903-683-5416.
